Alumnae Return for Annual Women’s Leadership Symposium

On Thursday, March 7, the Academy held the 17th annual Women’s Leadership Symposium.
This symposium gives Freshmen and Sophomores the opportunity to learn about possible career paths from female leaders. The Senior class attended a session by Dr. Laura Bloomberg, President of Cleveland State University, who spoke about post-secondary education and her own career path. Juniors spent the day off campus with a professional in the career of their choice. Called Junior Professional Shadowing, this day gives Juniors a firsthand experience in their future career.
