Save the Date
Incoming freshmen are invited to picnic designed just for the Class of 2023! Enjoy a fun evening filled with games, great food and lots of Jaguar pride! You will have the opportunity to meet your fellow classmates, as well as current Saint Joseph Academy students!

When: Tuesday, July 23 at 6 p.m. 
Where: Saint Joseph Academy Dining Hall, ground floor (3470 Rocky River Drive)

Registration
If you did not attend Registration on Wednesday, March 13, two alternate options are available, listed below. 

Option 1
If you do not have any questions about choosing courses based on the information we have provided in advance, you may complete the Course Selection Worksheet and return it to the Admission Office via mail or by dropping it off at SJA in an envelope to the attention of Admission.

Please enclose the $360 registration fee and a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate.

Option 2
If you have questions about choosing courses and would like to speak with a counselor, please contact your daughter’s Guidance Counselor to schedule an appointment. Please bring the $360 fee and a copy of your daughter’s birth certificate at that time. The Guidance Counselors are assigned by student last name – see below for your daughter's assigned counselor.

  • Chromebook Academy

    Within the next several days you will be emailed detailed information regarding this year’s Chromebook Academy. This is an online course via Google Classroom, that will allow your student to participate in the mandatory presentation prior to receiving her Chromebook. 

    Once the online course is complete, you and your student will be able to pick up her Chromebook during any one of three prescheduled dates:
    • Friday, August 2
    • Monday, August 5
    • Friday, August 9.
    For those wishing to attend a live version of this course, one will be made available immediately following freshman orientation on Friday, August 16.

    All course information and sign-up instructions will be provided in this upcoming email, so be sure to keep an eye out and continue to enjoy your summer!
  • School Supply List

    School supply lists will be handed out on the first day of classes, and vary by teacher and subject. 
  • Uniform

    The daily uniform consists of a school-approved polo shirt, skirt or slacks, socks or tights, student ID and school approved shoes. School-approved sweater or sweatshirt may also be worn. Skirts must be buttoned and zipped at the waist. Polo shirts must not hang down below sweaters or sweatshirts.

    Formal Uniform
    The formal uniform is required on days a Mass or Prayer Service or various other events are scheduled. The formal uniform consists of an SJA polo shirt; skirt; sweater; solid navy blue, dark green or black hosiery or tights and shoes. A white uniform polo shirt must be worn under all styles of sweaters. Polo shirts must not hang down below sweaters. Formal uniform must be worn for the entire day.

Important Athletic Information

For the names and emails of our coaches, please visit the Athletics page on our website. If your daughter is planning on playing a sport, and she is interested in learning more about tryouts, off-season workouts, schedules, expectations, etc., please contact the coach directly. The coach will add your daughter to the email list for information about tryouts, team news, etc. Click here for a complete list of coaches.
