Important Parent Portal Website Information

The parent portal provides access to important information throughout the school year, which can only be accessed by logging into the backend of our website.
Parents/guardians can login to receive access to the following:
  • Parent/Guardian Volunteer Opportunities
  • Featured School News
  • Calendars
  • Student Handbook
  • Course Offerings
  • Lunch Menu and Dining Accounts
  • Student, Parent/Guardian, Faculty/Staff and Coaches Directories
  • Service Learning Opportunities
The parent portal also includes resources such as:
  • College/University Scholarship Opportunities
  • Saint Joseph Academy Scholarship and Tuition Assistance
  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Follow these simple instructions to access your account for the first time:
Go to or visit Saint Joseph Academy's website at and click "Login" link in the top right hand corner.

First Time Login
If it is your first time logging in, you will need to create a password.
  1. Click the Trouble Logging In? link located at the bottom right of the login box.
  2. Type in the email address you have on file at Saint Joseph Academy. (If you are a student, it will be your school email: i.e. Kelly Smith would be
  3. Click to receive both a username and password.
  4. Click the Send button.
  5. Once the system has verified your account matches the email you provided, you will receive two separate emails to the email address you provided: one containing your username and the other containing a confirmation key. NOTE: If you do not have a valid email address on file with us and would like a login account fill out the Contact Us form located at the bottom of
  6. Enter the confirmation key that you received via email and create a new password. This will be your password for future logins.
  7. Return to the Login screen and proceed with the username and password provided to you via email.
