An Amazing 25 Scholastic Art & Writing Awards!

The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards defines itself as the "nation's longest-running, most prestigious educational initiative supporting student achievement in the visual and literary arts."
It celebrates and recognizes student artwork that demonstrates technical skill, personal voice, vision and originality.
 
This school year, 20 Saint Joseph Academy students received 25 awards in total, as some students submitted more than one piece of art or writing. Congratulations, to all the artists listed below, for their outstanding achievements!
 
Gold Key: Cassandra Ciryak '22, Ava Fairbairn '24, Erika Klosinski '22 (two Gold Key awards), Julia Scheatzle '23 and Hannah Smiddy '24 (daughter of Claudia Conforto Howatt ‘94)
 
Silver Key: Lily Fuehrer '22, Erika Klosinski '22, Elana Maraldo '22, Molly O’Boyle '22 (daughter of Adrienne Arth O’Boyle '88, sister of Bridget O’Boyle '18) and Elizabeth Tobon '23
