Women's Evening of Reflection Filled with Connection & Contemplation
For the first time since 2019, Saint Joseph Academy’s Annual Evening of Reflection for Women took place as an in-person event on Monday of Holy Week.
Over sixty alumnae and other women from the Saint Joseph Academy community attended this evening, which offered an opportunity for conversation over a meal and reflection on the theme of healing–physical, emotional, and relational–based on the ministry of Jesus and participants’ own experiences.
Saint Joseph Academy’s Vice President of Mission Dr. Jessica Wrobleski offered several brief reflections on what might be learned from the stories of healing in the Bible, alternated with questions for reflection and small group conversation. Those who attended described the evening as “inspirational, thought-provoking, and contemplative,” as well as a time to connect with fellow alumnae and friends.
