Virtual Parent Education with Dr. Lisa Damour
Saint Joseph Academy Parents/guardians are invited to a special educational virtual presentation, ”Helping Girls Manage Emotions” in which Dr. Lisa Damour will address the following topics:
- the heightened emotional concerns that arose in the context of the pandemic
- how to best support psychological well-being in our daughters
- how parents/guardians can help girls manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions effectively
