Wellness

Supporting Mind, Body & Spirit

The Wellness Curriculum promotes health and well-being through education and initiatives. Habits of wellness are encouraged and awareness of factors and resources that contribute to well-being are raised so students can identify habits of a positive lifestyle. The program helps students become inspired and empowered to take responsibility for their own health and wellness during their four years of high school and beyond.
The Wellness program includes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. Students earn a required number of credits each school year by participating in various options within the four aspects of wellness. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their wellness to maximize their quality of life.
