Fall Musical: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
We are excited to announce the fall musical is The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!
An eclectic group of six teenagers vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion! At least the losers get a juice box.
Performance Dates: November 13, 14, 15 and 19, 20 and 21.

STArts
STArts is a volunteer-driven group comprised of parents, guardians, alumnae, and friends committed to supporting the artistic talents of Saint Joseph Academy students. We help the SJA Performing Arts Programs, Concert and Jazz Bands, String Orchestra, Winterguard, Dance Team, The Academy Chorale and Choir. STArts does this through fundraising and volunteer service at events. We're the helpers that might prepare or provide meals to students the night before a tech rehearsal, sell popcorn in the concession stand at intermission, or raise funds to buy fabrics for costumes. The money we raise from dues and our other activities provides crucial funds to help elevate the arts at SJA.
