Learn About Our Open Positions

Founded in 1890 by the Sisters of the Congregation of St. Joseph with the mission to foster unifying relationships with God and all creation, Saint Joseph Academy is the only all-girls Catholic high school in the city of Cleveland. Committed to Catholic values and academic excellence in grades 9 through 12, we educate young women of diverse cultures, abilities and backgrounds, empowering them to be successful, compassionate leaders in the 21st-century global society.
When you become a part of the Saint Joseph Academy community, our mission extends to you. We support you as a professional with significant health, wellness and retirement benefits, as well as continuing education support – including higher education tuition assistance. Have a daughter who is a Jaguar or hopes to study here one day? Tuition assistance of up to 75% is available to all daughters of faculty and staff. This, in turn, helps to offset the cost of a high-quality Catholic, all-girls education at Saint Joseph Academy.
