Artworks Selected for the OAEA Emerging Artist Exhibition

In May, members of the Academy’s Visual Arts Department entered student works into the OAEA Emerging Artist Exhibition. The Emerging Artist Exhibition is sponsored by the Ohio Art Education Association, a professional organization for art teachers in Ohio, with a membership of over one thousand art educators.
Among its many professional endeavors, OAEA works to promote art education and recognize quality student art through various exhibits at both the state and regional levels. This particular exhibition is designed to motivate and inspire newer artists as they strive to excel in areas of drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, crafts, digital art, photography and printmaking. The artwork selected for this exhibition was created by Ohio students in grades nine through eleven during the 2025-2026 school year.
