This week, the Saint Joseph Academy community celebrated the Congregation of St. Joseph's Founders' Day.
This year marks 370 years since the founding of the Congregation of St. Joseph by Fr. Jean-Pierre Medaille, S.J., and six courageous women committed to sharing God’s love with their broken and hurting society.
To commemorate this special day, the Academy knew it would need some creativity to bring the community together. There were multiple days of Mass, with each grade having their own socially distanced Mass at Our Lady of Angels Church.
To make the celebration more memorable, socially distanced Community and Connection Days were held. These days strengthened relationships between classmates, further building an environment of unifying love. Students participated in activities around campus, including COVID-19 friendly activity fairs, cookouts, backyard games and more! Click here for more photos.
