The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to Ohioans ages 16 and older.
16 and 17 year olds who would like to receive a COVID-19 vaccine, will be required to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Anyone 18 years and older is able to receive any available vaccine.
If you choose to vaccinate your daughter, please send a copy of the vaccination record to the Academy's Main Office to be placed in her school health file.
Per the most recent Centers for Disease Control guidelines, people who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and asymptomatic will not need to quarantine for close contact if two weeks have passed since the completion of the single vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) or series (Pfizer (16 and older) or Moderna (18 and older)).
The Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University is offering first doses of Pfizer vaccine through Monday, April 5, with online registration. Other sources of the vaccine include your healthcare provider, local health department or pharmacy. For more questions, please contact School Nurse Ms. Chris Amato.
