Important COVID-19 Vaccine Update for 12-15 Year Olds

COVID-19 Pfizer vaccinations are now available to individuals 12 years and older.
Those under the age of 18 must have parental/legal guardian consent to receive the vaccine. The minor should be accompanied by the parent/legal guardian to receive the vaccine, unless the administration of the vaccine occurs in a physician’s office, school-based or school-associated clinic setting or similar setting.

There are several locations across the state at which youth ages 12-15 can be vaccinated, including pediatrician’s offices, vaccine clinics, local health departments, hospitals, community health centers and more. Click here to find a provider clinic.
