Elizabeth Ewald '23
Accomplishments: Elizabeth is a Saint Joseph Academy student member of the St. Edward High School (SEHS) Symphonic Band that recently received the highest rating (I) at the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) District IV Large Group Adjudicated Event on March 10.
As part of a long-standing tradition between St. Edward High School and Saint Joseph Academy, students are able to participate in each school’s Performing Arts Programs. Elizabeth has been a member of the SEHS Symphonic Band for three years. “I have met so many people and have made so many friends because of it,” Elizabeth shared. “My favorite part of being in the symphonic band is being with some of my friends and sometimes it’s a great outlet after a long day at school.
Elizabeth plays the flute and has been playing the instrument since she was in fourth grade.

Activities and Interests: At Saint Joseph Academy, Elizabeth is an Ambassador and a member of Concert Band and Winter Guard.
Future career interests: Elizabeth will be attending Kent State University in the fall with plans to major in Business Management.
