Student Leaders Attend Leadership Retreat
On Tuesday, Student Leaders from the class-level leadership teams and Student Council participated in a Leadership Retreat at St. Leonard's Youth Retreat Center.
They participated in reflection and activities that helped us identify our values and strengths, then considered how we can lead from those values and strengths. Additionally, students took time to explore various ways to harness their classmates' strengths, ensuring their inclusion in all leadership activities. The Leadership Teams and Student Council drafted team agreements to guide them throughout all their meetings and decisions this year.
Thank you to Assistant Principal for Student Success Mrs. Adriane Hicks and CORE Ministry Member and Department Chair Ms. Alison Barberic ’01 for planning the retreat. Also, thank you to Student Support Services Member Mrs. Courtney Koz, Instructional Librarian Mrs. Rebecca Synk and Campus Ministry Aid Ms. Teagen Kelly '19 in helping to facilitate the event.
