Rachel Oldfield '26
Accomplishments: During the summer, Rachel welcomed future Jaguars by helping with the Academy’s Summer Programs. Rachel helped with the Summer Enrichment Program, the Makerspace camps and the Masterpieces in the Making art camps.
“I have always enjoyed helping out with the summer camps and helping the campers realize what's possible by giving them the access and experience with the different machines and supplies we have available that they might not have access to at home,” Rachel shared. “It's great to see them become more and more inspired and interactive during the week as they become more comfortable and confident in our spaces.”
Activities and Interests: At Saint Joseph Academy, Rachel is a member of Stage Crew, the Robotics Club, a leader for Film Club and helps in the Writing Center.
What is your favorite part about being a member of the Saint Joseph Academy community?: Rachel shared the following, “My favorite part of being a member of the SJA community is the support everyone gets, not only from their friends and peers, but also the teachers, who get invested in students and genuinely care about their lives.”
Future Career Plans: Rachel plans to major in engineering with a focus on entertainment and live performances such as theater productions and concerts.
